I have enjoyed writing this blog since 2017 following my work on a doctorate on toxic leadership.
I am thankful that those who have suffered under toxic leadership in the home and workplace want to share their stories. Others can learn from their experiences. Those stories have encouraged others and taught me much.
I am thankful for the many theologians (both professional and lay) who have taken up the task of writing works on this difficult topic. When I completed my dissertation, there were few works on this within the Christian church. Now, there are some very helpful texts.
I am thankful for a new friend who has in many ways taken me under his wings in the academic world and given me a voice there.
And as I noted in my book on our life in Malawi, Africa, my family has been with me all the way in this journey to bring healing to others. We were one in voice when we left toxic leadership and have been one in seeking the best ways to bring healing to others.
Thank YOU for reading this blog and I hope and I pray it has been helpful to you.
God is Good,
Kelly
